We also do not accept cancellations on orders beyond 2 hours of placing the order - since our shipping is set up instantly. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 12 hours of receiving the damaged product. We need to claim this with this shipping company within 24 hours. We will not be able to refund or exchange products if the complaint is received after 24 hours of product delivery.
Generally we manage to process the exchange within 5-7 days of receiving your email/phone call and the delivery of the new product would take 10-15 days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
