Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification from our shipping partner when your order ships. 


After your order is placed, delivery generally takes 10 to 15 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We are not liable for any delays due to COVID-19 regulations. Rest assured that we are doing our best to deliver our products to you as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping all over India.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all over the world. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Due to Covid, we MAY be delayed by a significant amount of time on International Deliveries. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cordiform Studios Private Limited (and/or Sochu) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. You must pay for these once the courier imports the product into your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (20 days in case of international shipping), don't hesitate to contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns.


Please let us know if you ordered something by mistake before 06:00 AM (IST) the following day. Once an order is processed for shipping, we cannot accept a cancellation. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us before 06:00 AM (IST) at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
