All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification through our shipping partner when your order has shipped.
It generally takes between 10 to 15 working days for delivery after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We are not liable for any delays due to COVID regulations. Rest assured that we are doing our best to deliver our products to you as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping all over India.
We offer international shipping all over the world. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Due to Covid we MAY be delayed by a significant amount of time on International Deliveries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cordiform Films (and/or Sochu) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer, these will have to be paid by you once the product is imported into your country through the courier.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (20 days in case of international shipping), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns.
If you ordered something by mistake, please let us know before 06:00 AM (IST) the following day. Once an order is processed for shipping, we will not be able to accept a cancellation.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us before 06:00 AM (IST) email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
